Refund Policy - The Basics

This policy is a legally binding agreement that outlines how and when we issue refunds. We strive to make every Sol Seven Studios purchase a great experience, but we understand that returns happen. Our approach depends on the condition of the lamp and the reason for return.

Customers must email solsevenstudiossupport@esol.design within 30 days of delivery with their order number, a brief explanation, and the required photos/videos listed below.

Damaged or Defective Lamps

  • Send clear photos or a video showing the lamp in its original packaging with the specific defect or damage visible.

  • This confirms the issue happened before or during shipping.

  • We cover the return shipping and refund the product price + original shipping (customs/duties fees are non-refundable).

Opened but Unused (Changed Your Mind)

  • Lamp must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Send a photo of the lamp (preferably in original packaging, if available).

  • Remove or cover any previous shipping labels.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (cost deducted from refund) or provide our return address for self-shipping.

  • Refund is for the product price only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Used but in Perfect Resale Condition (No Longer Wanted)

  • Lamp must be in perfect resale condition.

  • Send clear photos showing the lamp’s current condition and any remaining packaging materials.

  • Remove or cover any previous shipping labels.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (cost deducted from refund) or provide our return address for self-shipping.

  • Refund is for the product price only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We Cannot Accept Returns If:

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery.

  • The lamp has been damaged due to misuse, accidents, alterations, or incorrect installation.

  • Reason for return

  • Required photos or video (based on your situation above)
